Our rotary Gear Pumps are designed with a simplified internal flow system that efficiently handles fluids of varying viscosities while minimizing internal losses.
Our rotary Gear Pumps are built with hardened helical gears, ensuring extended operational life and quiet, pulsation-free flow. The helical gear design provides a larger face area for added strength, and the precision-machined teeth engage gradually—preventing fluid trapping and absorbing operational shocks. The full hydraulic balance eliminates the need for complex balancing systems or thrust bearings.
We use internally mounted bearings placed close to the load to reduce shaft deflection, even under high pressure. The compact, short shaft design, combined with force-feed lubrication from the pumped fluid, ensures minimal leakage, no lubricant contamination, and no need for a separate lubrication system.

Built in pressure relief valve is provided in pumps to operate at higher than rated pressure ie. it starts operating at 1 kg / cm higher than rated pressure and fully opens at 20 % higher than rated pressure, taking maximum 30 % higher power than rated power.
